Senior Consultant, Monitoring & Evaluation / Data Analyst

Farirai holds a Master of Commerce degree in Economics and an Honours Degree in Agricultural Economics and Management. He is an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Expert, Data Management Expert and Development Economist with over 15 years of experience across agriculture, resilience, markets, value chains, food security and livelihoods, climate change, urban food systems, natural resources, youth empowerment, gender research and development projects.

Leads baseline surveys, mid-term reviews, end-of-term evaluations, theory of change work and indicator framing.
Experienced in qualitative and quantitative methods, including KOBO, SurveyCTO, CSPRo, KIIs, FGDs and case studies.
Manages large data collection teams with strong attention to consent, confidentiality, respondent protection and data ethics.

Deveria Banda (PhD), South Africa

Gender and Social Inclusion Consultant

Deveria holds a PhD in Food Security with a climate change focus from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, a Master's Degree in Management of Development from Van Hall University, a BSc in Agricultural Economics, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management.

Brings over 15 years of development programming experience across agriculture, food systems, health, nutrition, education, environment and rural development.
Has provided technical expertise to the World Bank, IFAD, UNESCO, UNDP, United Nations agencies and non-governmental organisations.
Focuses on gender analysis, social inclusion, women's empowerment and socio-cultural dynamics in matrilineal and patrilineal systems.

Agricultural Economist and Rural Development Expert

Never holds a PhD in Agricultural Economics from the University of Fort Hare, South Africa, and has over 15 years of experience spanning consultancy, research, tertiary education teaching and rural development practice.

Designs and implements evidence-based programmes for sustainable agricultural transformation.
Works on biodiversity conservation, climate resilience and smallholder farming communities across Southern Africa.

Associate Consultant, MERL and Qualitative Research

Auxilia is a seasoned Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning specialist and qualitative research expert with over 15 years of experience delivering high-impact consultancies across Africa, including Zambia, Zimbabwe, Somalia, Somaliland, South Sudan, Namibia, Malawi, Tanzania, Lesotho, Liberia, Seychelles, Botswana and the broader SADC region.

Has designed and led baseline, midline, midterm, endline and end-of-program evaluations for partners including UNICEF, World Vision, WeEffect, Comic Relief, GIZ, USAID, HIVOS and Amref Health Africa.
